"On Fri., April 16, Gluten Free Goat will relaunch and focus their efforts on retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer sales. GFG will be selling their baked goods out of Adda Coffee and Tea House, Mediterra Bakehouse, and the Speckled Egg, located in Downtown. They are currently seeking to partner with other local coffee shops and other venues."

"Goats are known to eat just about anything, but Gluten Free Goat is more selective. Specializing in gluten-free baked goods, the bakery closed its physical location in Garfield last year but the business is reopening with a new approach and new ownership. While there won’t be a storefront, customers can place orders for delivery or pickup on Tuesdays and Fridays. Gluten Free Goat goods will also be found at Adda Coffee & Tea House, Mediterra Bakehouse and the Speckled Egg, with more coffee shops, breweries and restaurants to follow. Pastry chef Selina Progar, formerly of Altius on Mt. Washington and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, developed the new menu. On April 16, the relaunch will be celebrated during an outdoor pop-up event at Adda Bazaar from 4 to 8 p.m."
