Gluten Free Goat would like to introduce our new Head Baker, Zoe Baker!

Zoe is a native to Pittsburgh. Her passion had sparked when she was a little girl and can always remember wanting to be a baker. She got her start in the culinary field at the South Hills Country Club at the age of 16. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania Academy of Culinary Arts for Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts and graduated in 2017. She has moved around the Western part of PA, from Punxsutawney, to Bedford, and back to Pittsburgh. She has worked in prestigious resorts such as Omni Bedford Springs. After her return to Pittsburgh in late 2017, she worked in hotels, such as the Omni William Penn and the Fairmont Pittsburgh. Most recently, Zoe was the General Manager at Gluuteny Bakery. 

When Zoe is not at work, you can find her hanging out around the city with friends, or at home with her 4 American Bullies. She enjoys playing with her niece and nephew and exploring the city.

Zoe will carry on the philosophy that gluten free goodies can be enjoyed by everyone, not just the gluten free community!
